Our Training Process

Training is an important part of the setup process and we believe that it is important to offer a hands-on experience. Full user manuals are provided with training and exercises are a big part of the learning experience.

We believe it’s important that the trainee works through exercises on their own so that they build their experience and begin to understand how everything fits together.

Training Modules

CENTEROS Training modules are detailed below:-

  • User Module Training

    This module is designed to train end users of CENTEROS.

    Attendees will be provided with their own instance of the CENTEROS application where they will work through instructor-led exercises. Participation in this session gives attendees a good appreciation of the product’s capabilities.

    User training takes 1 day.

  • Administrator Module Training

    This module is designed to train end-user administrators of CENTEROS.

    Attendees will be provided with their own instance of the CENTEROS application where they will work through instructor-led exercises. Participation in this session gives attendees a detailed appreciation of how to administer the system and its’ capabilities.

    Administrators must have completed User training

    Administrator training takes 1 day

Delivering Training

We can be flexible with how we deliver training as trainees may be spread over different countries and time frames.

Training can be delivered in person with a maximum of 6 people per session or over the internet using GoToMeeting or Zoom meetings.

We can also be flexible with how training sessions are delivered if required. Training sessions can be divided into 2, 3 or 4-hour sessions running on different days according to the availability of staff.

Data Center Audits

The Audit of the Data Centers’ infrastructure is an important part of the Implementation process, and also an important part of keeping the data in CENTEROS up-to-date.

We can help with everything around the Data Center Audit, including on-site services from our professional staff to complete the Audit for you.

Integrations

We offer the ability to integrate with your CRM system. Integrations such as HardCat, Heat and ServiceNow. Let us know what you need and we’ll design it for you.
