The first AFCOM Asia/Pacific Symposium will be held in Sydney this year from Sunday the 15th of May to Tuesday 17th of May. The CENTEROS team is excited about attending this symposium, as we feel its an awesome chance to join our data centre peers and hear Keynote Speakers, attend Virtual Data Centre Tours and participate in Educational Sessions on topics like, Minimising the risks of a Natural Disaster, Implementing Virtualisation, Cloud Computing in the Data Centre and the Challenges of Data Storage Management. What Makes The AFCOM Symposium Stand Out?

  • AFCOM is the largest data centre organization in the world, representing over 4,000  data centers in over 35 countries
  • For more than thirty years AFCOM has been successfully providing the best data centre education available anywhere
  • AFCOM’s conferences, trade shows and symposium have attracted over 40,000 data centre/facilities management attendees with the large majority returning over and over again
  • AFCOM allows vendors to attend its educational programs, but strictly controls the number so there will always be far more end users in attendance
  • AFCOM brings the very best and most knowledgeable speakers from around the world to its programs
  • AFCOM monitors and approves in advance any vendor presentations to ensure that they are strictly educational and never filled with sales content
  • When considering price and quality of education, AF COM delivers more “Bang for the Buck” than anyone else
